Probate Forms (AS)
There are a number of state-specific forms you may need when going through the probate process.
General AS Forms
In American Samoa, the High Court in Pago Pago handles wills and estate matters.
You can check with your local court for the forms they might prefer, and below you will find some of the more common AS forms:
- Estate Inventory - Consider using EstateExec's Inventory Report
- Final Accounting - Consider using EstateExec's Accounting Report
American Samoa does not normally provide or require standardized probate forms, so you can either craft your own submissions based on statute requirements (see A.S.C.A. § 40.0309 et seq) and court rules (see AS Probate Procedure Rules), or ask a lawyer to prepare any necessary submissions.
Small AS Estate Forms
Small estates sometimes need only 1 specialized form or affidavit: see Small AS Estates.
