Probate Forms (MN)
There are a number of state-specific forms you may need when going through the probate process.
General MN Forms
In Minnesota, the local District Court handles wills and estate matters.

- Affidavit of Mailing to the Commissioner (PRO903) - Tell court that you have notified the Commissioner of Human Services
- Affidavit of Mailing without Will (PRO703) - Tell court that you have notified interested parties about the intestate probate
- Affidavit of Mailing (PRO803) - Tell court that you have notified interested parties about the probate
