There are a number of state-specific forms you may need when going through the probate process.

This page lists common MO forms and offers help in locating others – while you are welcome to browse these forms, note that if you are using EstateExec, the estate's Tasks Tab will guide you through the use of relevant forms at the appropriate times.

General MO Forms

In Missouri, the probate division of the local Circuit Court handles wills and estate matters.

Below you will find links that allow you to download and use some of the more common MO probate forms (you may want to check with your local court for form preferences):

Missouri does not provide many state-wide forms, so above we have provided example probate forms from St. Charles County: you can either contact your local court to see if they have a preferred form, adapt one of the above forms for your particular county, make up your own form, or have a lawyer do it for you.

You can also see St. Charles County Probate Forms, Jackson County Probate Forms, St. Louis County Probate Forms, Boone County Probate Forms, or check with your local Circuit Court for other sample probate forms you may find useful.

Small MO Estate Forms

Small estates sometimes need only 1 specialized form or affidavit: see Small MO Estates.

Using MO Probate Forms

If you are using a licensed EstateExec estate, information about finding your court will appear here.

As mentioned above, the tasks on the estate's Tasks Tab will list a series of steps that help you understand which form to use when. You may also want to see How to Become Executor for a MO Estate, and Overall Probate Process in MO.
