WA Probate Forms

There are a number of state-specific forms you may need when going through the probate process.

General Forms

In Washington, the local Superior Court handles wills and estate matters.

You can check with your local court for the forms they might prefer, and below you will find some of the more common WA forms:

Petition for Probate - Get the probate process started
Petition for Administration - Get process started if there is no will
Bond Waiver - Attach to Petition if desired and not addressed by will
Notice to Heirs - Send to heirs (includes separate statement to court that notices were sent)
Notice to Creditors - Send to creditors
Declaration of Creditor Notice - Tell the court you notified creditors
Inventory and Appraisement - List estate contents for the court
Heir Receipt and Waiver - Confirmation of distribution receipt by heir
Declaration of Probate Completion - Submit Closing Statement to court
