General Forms

Different states (and sometimes even different counties!) have their own preferred forms for probate, so it's often best to determine the probate court that will handle your estate, and obtain from them the forms they would like filled out.

Small Estate Forms

Small estates sometimes need only 1 specialized form or affidavit: see Small Estates.
