NH Probate Forms
Show Table of ContentsThere are a number of state-specific forms you may need when going through the probate process.
General Forms
In New Hampshire, the Probate Division of the local Circuit Court handles wills and estate matters.
You can check with your local court for the forms they might prefer, and below you will find some of the more common NH forms:
- Petition for Estate Administration (Form NHJB-2145-P) - Get the probate process started via electronic filing
- Legatees and Devisees (Form NHJB-2150-P) - For estates with a will
- Heirs-at-Law (Form NHJB-2151-P) - For estates without a will
- Appointment of Resident Agent (Form NHJB-2120-P) - If the primary administrator resides outside of NH
- Executor Appointment Notice (Form NHJB-2127-P) - Notify interested parties of your appointment as executor
- Assent (Form NHJB-2121-P) - Show the court that all interested parties agree with a filing
- Inventory of Fiduciary (Form NHJB-2125-P) - Report estate contents
- Receipt (Form NHJB-2139-P) - Get receipt from estate distribution recipient
- Accounting (Form NHJB-2117-P) - Tell court about estate finances
