General Forms
In Nebraska, the County Court handles wills and estate matters.
You can check with your local court for the forms they might prefer, and below you will find some of the more common NE forms:
- Notice of Probate Filing - Tell the NE Department of Revenue you have filed for probate
- Estate Inventory - Consider attaching EstateExec's Inventory Report
- Release of Claim - Good practice to get creditors to sign this when paying debts
- Final Accounting - Consider using EstateExec's Accounting Report

Unfortunately, Nebraska does not make most forms available to the public. You will need to craft your own petitions (here are the Petition for Probate requirements), or hire a lawyer to help you (the Nebraska State Bar Association makes forms available to its members at very low cost).
