General Forms
In Montana, the local District Court handles wills and estate matters.
You can check with your local court for the forms they might prefer, and below you will find some of the more common MT forms:
- Estate Inventory - Consider using EstateExec's Inventory Report
- Final Accounting - Consider using EstateExec's Accounting Report
Montana does not normally provide standardized probate forms to the public, so you can either craft your own based on statute requirements (see MT Code Title 72 Chapter 3), purchase a probate form booklet from the Montana State Bar Association, view forms in the Montana Law Library or ask a lawyer to prepare any necessary submissions.
