HI Probate Forms
Show Table of ContentsThere are a number of state-specific forms you may need when going through the probate process.
General Forms
In Hawaii, the local Circuit Court handles wills and estate probate.
You can check with your local court for the forms they might prefer, and below you will find some of the more common HI forms:
- Estate Inventory - Consider using EstateExec's Inventory Report
- Final Accounting - Consider using EstateExec's Accounting Report
Unfortunately, Hawaii does not provide general probate forms to the public, so you can either craft your own based on statute requirements (see HI Rev Stat Title 30A Chapter 560) or ask a lawyer to prepare any necessary submissions.
Small Estates
Small estates sometimes need only 1 specialized form or affidavit: see Small HI Estates.
